Black Diamond Poker Open 2020
With over $6.3 million in guaranteed prize money, the 9th edition of the Black Diamond Poker Open offers more events and more excitement than ever before. And now, you can play instantly in your browser without having to download the Poker software.
From February 18th- when qualifiers get underway – all the way to March 31st, you can grab a piece of the action from your choice of 150 different events. The regular tournament schedule starts on Friday, February 28th.
The Main Event – with a guaranteed $450,000 prize pool ($425 + $25 buy-in and 2 re-entries) takes place at 17:09 PM ET on Sunday, March 29th.
New this year are the “tune-up” events, happening even before the regular tournament kicks off:
- BDPO9 Tune-Up Special - $159,000 Gtd (12K Chips) - $150 + $12 at 16:09 on Sunday, February 23.
- BDPO9 High Roller Tune-Up Event - $125,000 Gtd - $300 + $25 on 18:09 Sunday, February 23.
- BDPO9 Super High Roller Tune-Up - $100,000 Gtd - $470 + $30 at 19:09 on Monday, February 24.
The regular tournament will feature more Super High Roller action too, with three events:
- BDPO9 Super High Roller Event #52 - $100,000 Gtd at 21:09 on Monday, March 9
- BDPO9 Super High Roller Event #113 - $100,000 Gtd at 19:09 on Monday, March 23
- BDPO9 Super High Roller Event #145 - $125,000 Gtd at 21:09 on Monday, March 30
A Mini Main Event ($100 + $9) happens on Sunday, March 29th at 15:09 ET, with a cool $125K guaranteed. It’s part of a final weekend that will feature nearly $1.2 million in guaranteed prize pools, which is the highest amount we’ve ever given away in one weekend.
A quick heads-up: The February 23, March 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29th instances of the Sunday $150K GTD and $100K GTD High Roller will be replaced with special $159K and $125K GTD versions.
