What if I lose connectivity in the middle of a game?

Don’t worry. We’re aware that anyone can lose their connection or time-out in the middle of a live game, so we have a system in place that ensures any bets you have made will remain in play, and the game will always be completed. If you win that game, the winnings will be added to your account automatically.

For Blackjack, we use “Basic Strategy” to complete your game in the event that you have connectivity issues or time out before making a decision.

Basic Strategy takes into account your hand score and the dealer’s up-card, and is the optimal way of playing Blackjack. 

For Blackjack play with Gold Tier Games, the system will automatically Hit on 11 and under and Stand on 12 and above. This decision process applies whether it's due to a disconnection or if you took too long to act.

Completing a hand this way is done in the player’s best interest, as well as those Back Betting on the hand.
