I sent my cryptocurrency to the wrong wallet! (Bitcoin, Litecoin, etc.)

If the cryptocurrency you put in during your deposit or withdrawal is sent to the incorrect Digital Wallet address, it will render your transaction invalid.

These wallet addresses are not interchangeable, and the correct currency must be sent to the correct wallet type. Please ensure you are ONLY sending Bitcoin (BTC) to a Bitcoin wallet address. Sending Bitcoin Cash (BCH) or Bitcoin SV (BSV) to this address will result in a loss of funds.

Also, if the address is accurate for someone else’s Digital Wallet or Exchange, there’s no way to reverse it. You can verify where your transaction went by entering the address on a blockchain explorer.
