How do I change my cryptocurrency to USD? (Bitcoin, Litecoin, etc.)

Step 1: Set up an Exchange

  1. Visit Cryptocurrencyhelp for our recommended exchange. 
  2. Choose an exchange to suit your profile and open an account. Your driver’s license or other ID may be required. For additional guidance on choosing the right exchange for you, click here.

Please note: We recommend loading your funds onto a Crypto VISA card. The card is free and can be used anywhere VISA is accepted, including ATMs.

Step 2: Exchange cryptocurrency

  1. Send cryptocurrency from your Digital Wallet to your new Exchange account. This is done by selecting ‘Withdraw’ or ‘Send’ inside your Digital Wallet and pasting/scanning your Exchange Account’s wallet address (press ‘Receive’ in your Exchange)
  2. Using your Exchange, you can trade your cryptocurrency for USD.

Step 3: Withdraw the funds

  1. Select your method of withdrawal (bank wire, PayPal, etc.)
