Basketball Live Betting Rules
- If a match is interrupted or postponed, all wagers will be graded "No Action".
- If a game does not finish in a tie, and overtime is played for qualification purposes, all markets will be settled according to the result at the end of regulation time.
- For the proposition "What will the next point be? :
- One-Pointer: If a player on the offensive team successfully throws from the free-throw line, the proposition will be settled "1-Pointer".
- Two-Pointer: If a player on the offensive team is successful in his field goal attempt from inside the three-point arc, the proposition will be settled "2-Pointer".
- Three-Pointer: If a player on the offensive team is successful in his field goal attempt from beyond the three-point arc, the proposition will be settled "3-Pointer".
- If a free-throw or field goal attempt is not successful from the time the proposition is offered until the end of the game, the proposition will be graded "No Action" or "Push/Cancel".
- For the proposition "Will [PLAYER] make his 2nd free throw attempt on this trip to the line?":
- If the player is successful in his second free-throw attempt, the proposition will be settled "Yes". If unsuccessful, the line will be settled "No".
- If a second free-throw shot is not attempted, the proposition will be graded "No Action" or "Push/Cancel."
- If an offensive lane violation is called on the second free-throw attempt, the proposition will be graded "No Action." If a defensive lane violation is called on the second free-throw attempt, and the shot is successful, the line will be settled as "Yes". If a defensive lane violation is called on the second free-throw attempt, and the shot is missed, a new attempt will be awarded and the bet will carry over.
- For the proposition "Will [PLAYER] make his next field goal attempt?":
- If the player is successful in his next field goal attempt, the proposition will be settled as "Yes". If unsuccessful, the line will be settled as "No".
- If a field goal attempt is NOT attempted from the time the proposition is offered until the end of the game, the proposition will be graded "No Action" or "Push/Cancel".
- If the player is fouled during his field goal attempt and the attempt is successful, the proposition will be settled as "Yes". However, if the attempt is unsuccessful, the bet will carry over to the next field goal attempt.
- Blocked shots count as official field goal attempts. Therefore, the proposition will be settled as "No" if the player is unsuccessful in his next field goal attempt because the shot was blocked.
- If defensive goaltending is called on a player's shot, the proposition will be settled as "Yes." If offensive goaltending is called, the bet will carry over to the next field goal attempt.
- For the proposition "Which team will reach its points milestone first?":
- The proposition will be settled according to whichever team reaches its respective points milestone first.
- If neither team reaches its respective points milestone by the end of the game, the proposition will be graded "No Action".
- For the proposition "Which player will score more points in the “X” half?":
- The proposition will be settled according to whichever player scores more points in the listed half.
- Any overtime periods count towards 2nd half wagers.
- If either listed player does not play in the listed half or overtime (for 2nd half wagers), the proposition will be graded “No Action.”
8. For the proposition "Which team will score the next 3-point field goal?":
- The proposition will be settled according to whichever team is successful in scoring the next 3-point field goal from beyond the three-point arc.
- If neither team is successful shooting a 3-point field goal from the time the proposition is offered until the end of the game, the proposition will be graded "No Action" or "Push/Cancel."
9. For the proposition "Which event will occur next?":
- The proposition will be settled according to whichever option occurs first from the time the proposition is offered.
- The proposition will be settled as either "Home Steal" or "Visitor Steal" if the defensive player is credited with a steal in the official play-by-play results.
- The proposition will be settled as either "Home Block" or "Visitor Block" if the defensive player is credited with a block in the official play-by-play results.
- If no outcome is achieved from the time the proposition is offered until the end of the game, the proposition will be graded "No Action" or "Push/Cancel."
10. For the proposition “Will the total points scored in the quarter/half be odd or even?”:
- The proposition will be settled according to the total points scored in the listed quarter/half.
- Overtime counts towards 2nd half wagers. Overtime does not count towards 4th quarter wagers.
11. For the proposition "What will the quarter/half total score be?":
- The proposition will be graded "No Action" or "Push/Cancel" if the final score is equal to the proposition offered.
- Overtime counts towards 2nd half wagers. Overtime does not count towards 4th quarter wagers.
12. For the proposition "Which team will cover the quarter/half spread?":
- The proposition will be graded "No Action" or "Push/Cancel" if the final score differential is equal to the
- Proposition offered.
- Overtime counts towards 2nd half wagers. Overtime does not count towards 4th quarter wagers.
13. For the proposition “Which team will score first after the [TIME] mark of the quarter/half?”:
- The proposition will be settled according to the team that scores directly after the minute mark listed in the proposition.
- If neither team scores after the listed minute mark, wagers will carry over until either teams scores first (overtime is included).
- If neither team scores after the listed minute mark and the game concludes, the proposition will be graded “No Action” or “Push/Cancel.”
14. For the proposition “What will the next point be after the [TIME] mark of the quarter/half?”:
- The proposition will be settled according to the next point scored directly after the minute mark listed in the proposition.
- If neither team scores after the listed minute mark, wagers will carry over until either team scores first (overtime is included).
- If neither team scores after the listed minute mark and the game concludes, the proposition will be graded “No Action” or “Push/Cancel.”
15. For the proposition “What will the margin of victory be in this game?”: Overtime counts towards wagers.
16. For the proposition “Which player will score the most points in the half?”:
- The proposition will be settled according to the player that has scored the most points for the half listed in the
- Proposition name.
- If two or more players listed in the proposition or field tie for the most points scored in the listed half, the proposition will be graded “No Action” or “Push/Cancel”.
- Overtime counts towards 2nd half wagers.
- If one of the listed players does not play in the listed half, the proposition will then be graded “No Action” or “Push/Cancel".
17. For the proposition “How many points will [Player] have in the half?”:
- The proposition will be settled according to the number of points scored by the player in the half listed in the proposition.
- Overtime counts towards 2nd half wagers.
- If the player does not play in the listed half, the proposition will be graded “No Action” or “Push/Cancel”.
18. For the proposition “Which pairing will outscore the other in the half?”:
- The proposition will be settled according to the pairing that scores the most points in the listed half.
- Overtime counts towards 2nd half wagers.
- If any of the listed players in the proposition does not play in the listed half, the proposition will be graded “No Action” or “Push/Cancel”.
19. Live markets for the whole game: Point Spread, Moneyline & Total, OT is included and 'Push' rules apply.
20. Race to # points: Predict which team will reach first the point’s milestone indicated in the wager.
All disputes pertaining to proposition outcomes for NBA games will be settled by the data contained in the full 'Play-By-Play' section of the box scores at www.nba.com. For NCAA basketball games, they will be settled by the data contained in the full 'Play-By-Play' section of the box scores at http://scores.espn.go.com/ncb/scoreboard. For NCAA games where the play-by-play box scores are not offered by ESPN, disputes will be settled by the box scores at http://www.ncaa.com/sports/basketball.
