The winning selection will be the two end digits of the combined 1st round and Final round scores of the Winner and of the Runner Up.
For example, if the Winner scores 62 in Round 1 and 65 in the Final round then their combined score is 127. If the Runner Up scores 66 in Round 1 and 64 in the Final round then their combined score is 130. The winning selection would be Winner 7 Runner Up 0.
If two or more players tie for second, then all tied players 1st round and Final round scores would be combined. For example, if one tied for 2nd scores 67 in Round 1 and 67 in the Final round, and the other tied in second scores 65 in Round 1 and 66 in the Final round, then their combined score would be 265 and the winning selection for Runner Up would be 5.
