MLB Home Run Derby Live Betting Rules
- For the proposition "Which player will win the Home Run Derby?": Wagers will be settled according to whichever player hits the most home runs in the final round of the competition.
- For the proposition "How many home runs will Player X hit in the round #?”:
- Wagers will be settled according to the amount of home runs hit by Player X in the listed round.
- Listed players must begin their round for wagers to have action.
- If the listed player stops hitting mid-round or is injured and withdraws mid-round, the proposition will be settled according to the amount of home runs hit up until that point.
- For the proposition "How far will the longest home run hit in the round # have traveled?": Wagers will be settled according to whichever home run travels the furthest as listed during the broadcast.
- For the proposition "Which of these players will hit the longest home run in the round #?":
- Wagers will be settled according to whichever player hits the longest home run in the listed round in the proposition
- If two or more players tie for the longest home run in any particular round, wagers will be graded “No Action”.
- For the proposition "The highest home run total in the round # will be in which range?": Wagers will be settled according to the range in which the highest home run total falls into.
- For the proposition "Which player will hit more home runs in the round #?":
- Wagers will be settled according to whichever player hits the most home runs in the listed round.
- In the event of a tie, the proposition will be graded “No Action”.
- If the listed player stops hitting mid-round or is injured and withdraws mid-round, the proposition will be settled according to the amount of home runs hit up until that point.
- For the proposition "How many gold ball home runs will be hit in the round #?": Wagers will be settled according to the amount of home runs that are hit with nine outs in the specified round.
- For the proposition “Will Player X make it past the round #?”: Wagers will be settled according to the following;
- For the first round, Player X must finish in the Top 4 for home runs in order to advance.
- For the semi-finals, Player X must finish in the Top 2 for home runs in order to advance.
Note: In the event of a tie for the final spot for either round, whichever player that wins the tie-breaker challenge advances to the next round.
- For the proposition "Will there be a player in the round # that does not hit a home run?": Wagers will be settled according to whether or not any competing player DOES NOT hit a home run in the specified round listed in the proposition.
- All disputes pertaining to the proposition outcomes for the MLB Home Run Derby will be settled by the data contained at www.mlb.com. If MLB.com isn’t available, the final judgment on grading will be at the sole discretion of Bovada.
