Tennis Live Betting Rules
1. All wagers on head-to-head matches have action until the completion of the match, regardless of any delays due to rain or darkness, a change of schedule, a change of date, a change of location or a change of surface (either before or during the match).
2. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, all bets will be void unless the result of the wager has already been determined.
- If a player is disqualified after the start of the match and the opposing player/team progresses to the next round or is awarded the victory, the opposing player/team will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.
- If any match includes the awarding of penalty points/games by the umpire or the forfeiting of points/games, all bets on that match will stand except on markets that have their own specific set of rules relating to this.
3. Total Games/Game Spread: These general rules apply to games in individual sets, games in match and player games. In the event of forfeited points/games, these will count for final settlement;
- For the purposes of all such markets a tie-break or Match tie-break is counted as one game.
- If a player withdraws before the match is completed, unless the result is already determined at the time of the withdrawal, all Total Games and Game Spread markets will be void.
- Example 1: A set is abandoned at 4-4; bets on Over/Under 9.5 games or fewer in the set are settled as winners/losers respectively, since any natural conclusion to the set would have at least 10 games; bets on Over/Under 10.5 games or more will be void.
- Example 2: A best-of-3 set match is abandoned at 6-2 4-6; bets on Over/Under 23.5 games or fewer in match will be settled as winners/losers respectively, since any natural conclusion to the match would have at least 24 games; bets on Over/Under 24.5 games or more will be void.
- Example 3: A best-of-3 set match is abandoned at 6-3 3-6 5-5; bets on either player with a handicap of +2.5 or more will be settled as winners, bets on either player with a handicap of -2.5 or less will be settled as losers. All bets on handicaps ranging from -2 to +2 will be void.
- Game Spread wagers are determined by adding the total number of games won by each individual player in the entire match, then applying the handicap.
4. Total Sets: Wagers will be void if either player retires before the match is completed, except in situations where the outcome of the bet is already determined.
- Example 1: For a best-of-3 set match; if a third set is required but is not completed, bets on over 2.5 Sets will be settled as winners and bets on under 2.5 sets will be settled as losers.
- Example 2: For a best-of-5 set match; if a fourth set is required but is not completed, bets on over 3.5 Sets will be settled as winners and bets on under 3.5 sets will be settled as losers.
- Example 3: For a best-of-5 set match; If a 5th set is required but is not completed, ‘5 Sets’ will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.
5. Set Betting: In the event of a retirement or disqualification, all bets will be voided. If the specified number of sets are changed, bets will also be void.
6. Game Related Markets:
- If the wrong player is indicated as the server, then any wagers taken on 'Current' or 'Next Game' related markets will be void regardless of the result.
- If penalty point(s) are awarded by the umpire, all bets on that game will stand. If the umpire awards a penalty game, then all bets on that game will be void unless the result of the wager has already been determined.
7. Point Related Markets:
- In the event of the point not being played due to the game or match ending, all bets on that point will be void
- If a point is awarded as a penalty point, all bets on that point will be void.
8. Race to Markets: Bets will be settled based on the first player to reach the specified number of games in the relevant set. If neither player reaches the number of games required then bets on that market will be "No Action". Forfeited points or games will count for settlement purposes.
9. Match Tie Breaks: If a match is decided by a Match tie break (first to 10 points) then it will be considered as a set for settlement purposes in Set Winner, Set Betting and Total Sets markets. For the ‘Will There Be A Tie-Break in The Match?’ market it will not count as a tie break for settlement purposes.
10. ‘X’ Set - Game 1 Winner: If the market is offered before the conclusion of the previous set and there is subsequently a Tie Break resulting in a change of server, then all bets will be void and the market will be reopened with adjusted prices.
11. Any wagers placed after the official result time will be deemed void. Additionally, wagers placed after a score change—where the odds were based on a previous scoreline (for example, due to courtsiding)—will also be considered void.
